1. What fabric do you use for your abayas?
We primarily use premium Nida fabric, known for its soft texture, graceful fall, and comfort. Some designs also include velvet work, cutwork detailing, or embroidery to add elegance and uniqueness.
2. Do you offer custom sizing or stitching?
Currently, all our abayas are available in standard sizes only. We do not offer custom stitching at the moment, but we’re working on introducing size guides and customization in the near future.
3. How long does delivery take?
We deliver across Pakistan in 3 to 7 working days after order confirmation. You will receive a message or call before your order is dispatched.
4. Is there a shipping fee?
Yes, we charge a flat shipping fee of Rs. 250. However, orders above Rs. 4,000 qualify for free shipping anywhere in Pakistan.
5. Can I return or exchange an abaya?
Yes, you can request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order — provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Please note: We currently do not offer refunds, only exchanges.
6. What accessories are included with each abaya?
With every abaya, you’ll receive a matching stole/scarf, niqab, inner cap, and styling pins/clips — free of cost.
7. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery all over Pakistan for your convenience.
8. How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or SMS so you can follow your shipment in real-time.
9. Do you deliver outside Pakistan?
Currently, we only ship within Pakistan. International shipping is not available at this time.
